Charles Brown

charles mainOur customer spot light is on Charles Brown from Buena Vista, GA. He is a very busy person between trucking (Car Hauling) and Farming (Hay & Cattle) operation. Charles grew up in Buena Vista on the property adjoining to the farm he has now. While growing up, he worked on the farm and when the opportunity arose, he bought the 400-acre farm he lives on now. Charles started Brown Trucking in 1986 and started farming in 1998 where he raises cattle. He has 7 children, 5 of whom help run and operate the family business. Charles purchased his 1st tractor from us in 2008, Kubota M9540HDC12 and Loader and in 2010 purchased another Kubota M9540FC and loader. He bought his ZD326P-60” zero-turn mower in 2011 and December 2012 purchased a Kubota RTV1140. Charles has also bought various farm implements along the way and is a very good parts and service customer as well. We are proud at Mason Tractor in McDonough to have gained his trust and are able to provide the quality of equipment and service to keep Charles as our customer for years to come.

Southern Belle Farm 2012

Carter familyOur customer spot light is Southern Belle Farm located in the rural area of McDonough, Georgia. Owned and run by the Carter Family for five generations which is similar to Mason Tractor Company. Mr. Jimmy Carter currently runs the 200 acre farm along with his son Jake. Jake added an educational side which offers school tours with milking cow demonstrations, a cotton patch; pick your own strawberries and blueberries and a fall corn maze. The Carters open up their farm so that others can enjoy a taste of the good life along with receiving education about agriculture.

The farm currently owns many farm tractors and implements that they use daily to work the land. Although they do not currently have a working dairy farm, they are good stewards towards the land. In the event of an equipment breakdown, we at Mason Tractor are always glad to be on standby to pick up and repair as quickly as possible and return back to the Farm.
