Job Description:
The Equipment Salesperson will be responsible for selling equipment and related products to customers in the Waverly Hall, GA area. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience in the equipment or automotive industry, and will be able to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for explaining product information and purchasing programs that Mason Tractor offers. The Equipment Salesperson must also have strong organizational skills, be able to effectively prioritize tasks, maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and inventory, and be motivated by sales targets and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals set by the company. The Equipment Salesperson must be able to collaborate with colleagues from different departments, including service and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
