Skills Required:
Outside Sales Experience - Must have 2+ outside sales experience in the equipment industry with a focus on visiting job sites to establish and maintain customer relationships. **APPLICANTS WITHOUT OUTSIDE SALES EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION**
Customer Service Skills – Must be able to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communications skills are necessary for explaining product information and purchasing programs that Mason Tractor offers.
Organizational Skills – Must be able to effectively prioritize tasks, maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and inventory.
Goal-Oriented – Motivated by sales targets and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals set by the company.

Job Description:
The Outside Equipment Salesperson will be responsible for selling equipment and related products to customers in the Waverly Hall, GA and the greater Columbus area. This position will be predominantly on the road with office access in the Waverly Hall location. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience in the equipment or automotive industry, and will be able to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for explaining product information and purchasing programs that Mason Tractor offers. The Equipment Salesperson must also have strong organizational skills, be able to effectively prioritize tasks, maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and inventory, and be motivated by sales targets and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals set by the company. The Outside Equipment Salesperson must be able to collaborate with colleagues from different departments, including service and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
