Job Description: Parts Counter Salesperson
Mason Tractor Co. in Waverly Hall, GA is looking for an experienced parts counter associate. The ideal candidate must have 3 years of experience at a dealership- tractor, construction, truck/car, forklift, small engine dealership or full retail store. They must have over the counter experience, be mechanically minded, have a good personality, and good customer service skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities:
Assist customers in finding the right parts for their needs
Provide excellent customer service
Process orders and returns
Keep inventory organized and stocked
Answer phone calls and emails
Work with mechanics and service technicians to ensure correct parts are ordered
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish
3 years of experience at a dealership- tractor, construction, truck/car, forklift, small engine dealership or full retail store
Over the counter experience
Mechanically minded
Good personality
Good customer service skills
